Summary

Access: Supports for Living is seeking an Outreach Clinician to join their team in Newburgh, NY. The role involves supporting individuals experiencing homelessness as they transition toward safe and stable housing.

About the Role

As an Outreach Clinician, you will engage individuals who are unhoused through community outreach, building relationships and trust using a person-centered, trauma-informed approach. Your responsibilities will include assisting individuals in accessing shelter and permanent housing, supporting the development of daily living skills, advocating for equitable access to healthcare, and ensuring continued connection and stability for participants as they transition into housing.

About You

Required:

Licensed Master’s degree (LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.), or RN with experience in behavioral health and/or substance use support.
Passion for helping individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
Strong interpersonal skills: approachable, respectful, collaborative.
Driver's license.

Preferred:

Familiarity with Orange and/or Dutchess County resources.
Comfort working in community-based, field-oriented settings.
