About the Role
As an Outreach Manager, you will develop and operationalize go-to-market strategies for new market penetration, manage relationships with referral sources, and lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers. You will also design strategies to engage referral partners, deepen existing partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve marketing and product goals.
About You
Required:
- Must be based in Scottsdale or Phoenix, AZ.
- Fluent in English.
- 1-4 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of overachieving KPIs.
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom.
