About the Role
As an Outreach Manager, you will develop and operationalize go-to-market strategies for new market penetration, manage relationships with referral sources, and lead community meetings to address barriers to treatment. You will also collaborate with internal teams to inform marketing and product strategies while ensuring that patients and providers can access Charlie Health's programs.
About You
Required:
- Must be based in Hidalgo County or Nueces County, TX.
- Fluency in English.
- 1-4 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of overachieving KPIs.
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom.
