About the Role
As an Outreach Manager, you will develop and operationalize go-to-market strategies for new market penetration, manage relationships with referral sources, and lead community meetings to address barriers to treatment. You will collaborate with internal teams to inform marketing and product strategies while ensuring that patients and providers can access Charlie Health's programs effectively.
About You
Required:
- Must be based in South King County or East Pierce County, WA.
- 1-4 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of owning and overachieving KPIs.
Preferred:
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom.
