About the Role
As an Outreach Specialist IOC, you will collaborate with medical and professional staff to achieve IOC objectives, perform site surveys, write inspection summaries, and maintain project tracking databases. You will also communicate effectively with clients and represent the organization at external functions while adhering to data confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a social sciences field.
- Three years of experience in a behavioral health or social service-related setting.
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
Preferred:
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
- Three years of experience in a clinical health care setting or related experience with AR Medicaid programs.
