About the Role

As an Outreach Worker II, you will conduct violence interruption and outreach, serve as a Credible Mentor for participants, and provide mentorship and stabilization support. Your responsibilities include conducting street outreach, mediating conflicts, maintaining relationships with high-risk individuals, and supporting participants through crisis intervention and program engagement.

CAMBA serves nearly 80,000 individuals and families each year, citywide, including over 11,000 youth.
