About the Role
As an Outside Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and upselling. You will build brand awareness within your assigned territory, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and provide service to various commercial and government facilities. The position requires effective communication with customers and internal team members, along with a blend of sales and service goals to ensure variety in your daily tasks.
About You
Required:
- Strong customer service orientation and desire to support customer needs.
- Ability to travel within the local market area using a personal vehicle; valid driver’s license required.
- Residency within the assigned territory is required.
- Proficiency with tablets and iOS platforms, including iPhone and iPad.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in sales or account management.
