About the Role
As an Outside Property Claim Representative, you will be responsible for managing first party property claims of moderate severity and complexity. Your tasks will include conducting field inspections, evaluating damages, determining coverage, and negotiating settlements. You will ensure compliance with quality standards and state regulations while providing excellent customer service throughout the claim life cycle. This position is remote and may require travel for catastrophe response.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One year previous outside property claim handling experience or successful completion of Travelers Outside Claim Representative training program.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- General knowledge of estimating system Xactimate.
- Customer Service experience.
- Advanced interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced organizational and time management skills.
