About the Role
As an Outside Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for proactive outreach, relationship development, and project pursuit within your assigned territory. You will promote Rodney Hunt's sluice gates and flow-control products, deliver technical expertise, manage the full sales cycle, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, chemical, or a related engineering field.
- At least 2 years of industrial sales experience.
- Self-starter with a result-driven approach and the ability to close sales consistently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
