About You
- High school diploma required (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Three years of experience in the Fire Service industry as a paid professional in the rank of Lieutenant or above, or for volunteer service, as the rank of Captain or above.
- Experience in an outside sales/sales management role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, distribution software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
