Gravity Payments is seeking an Outside Sales Representative-Houston (Bilingual Spanish) to join their team in Houston, TX. The role involves engaging potential clients, managing accounts, and driving sales growth through relationship-building.
About the Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will proactively identify and engage potential clients by visiting local businesses, own the full sales cycle, and manage a portfolio of merchant accounts. You will implement strategies to strengthen client relationships, generate referrals, and introduce new financial services. Your role will also involve collaborating across departments to resolve client challenges and participating in strategy meetings to refine sales tactics.
About You
Required:
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as outside sales, customer support, project management, or account management.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
Preferred:
Experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform like Salesforce or similar tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
