About the Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will promote Reynolds' products to automotive dealerships, serve as the subject matter expert for Gubagoo, GoMoto, and AutoVision solutions, travel approximately 40% of the time, and participate in training through field experience, online courses, and classroom instruction at headquarters in Dayton, OH.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities
- Willingness to travel up to 40% with overnight hotel stays
- Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
Preferred:
- Experience in new business sales
- Automotive industry experience such as Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or F&I Manager
