Jobot is seeking an Overnight Production Operator to join their team in Kohler, WI. The role involves setting up and operating extruders, controlling production parameters, and maintaining production equipment.
About the Role
As an Overnight Production Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating extruders, dies, and feedlocks. Your daily tasks will include controlling temperature, pressure, screw speed, and winder, as well as starting up, shutting down, and cleaning equipment. You will also be involved in the installation, alteration, repair, maintenance, and adjustment of co-extrusion lines, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment, and utilizing standard and metric tape measures.
About You
Required:
- Experience in operating extrusion machinery.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain production equipment.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of coex material operation.
- Experience with temperature and pressure control in manufacturing.
