About You
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license required for transporting students.
- Ability to remain awake throughout overnight shifts.
- Experience in working with adolescents in a residential or therapeutic setting.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, with a $2,000 bonus for new hires who speak a second language fluently.
