About the Role
As a Residential Direct Support Professional - DSP, you will provide support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities in various living environments. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities such as medication administration, hygiene, meal preparation, and transportation. You will also provide life skills training and help individuals engage with their community through employment and recreational activities.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Driver's license preferred.
- Willingness and ability to drive a large program vehicle after training.
Preferred:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Compassionate and able to maintain professional boundaries.
