About the Role
As an Overnight Youth Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising youth during overnight shifts, conducting regular safety checks, responding to emergencies, providing crisis intervention, and supporting morning routines. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team and maintain effective communication with team members.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Ability to remain awake and alert during overnight shifts.
Preferred:
- Degree in Human Services or related field.
- Previous experience in child care or youth support.
- Valid driver's license and adequate auto insurance.
