About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in related field.
- Experience as an Owner's Representative in Project Management on higher education sector projects.
- Understanding of building MEP & FP systems.
- Experience in laboratory project management including various types of labs.
- Understanding of preconstruction/project development process and requirements.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office and scheduling software.
