About the Role
As a Manager in the Customer Service team, you will supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive project workstreams. Your responsibilities include analyzing complex problems, operationalizing business strategies, and transforming supply chain functions for Insurance clients. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and maintain high standards of integrity in client interactions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of combined experience in Consulting and the Insurance industry
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Banking and Insurance, Business Administration/Management, or related fields
- Experience in operationalizing business strategies for Insurance clients
- Experience in managing complex business initiatives
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to deliver strategic and creative business results
