As a P&C Sr. Earnix Developer Lead, Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Earnix pricing components, enhancing rate order calculations, and managing client accounts. You will mentor junior staff, utilize strategic planning to enhance team performance, and analyze complex pricing strategies to drive success in the insurance sector.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in P&C insurance or pricing-intensive domains
- Familiarity with CI/CD and release management practices
- Hands-on experience developing/configuring solutions in Earnix
- Proven experience building and maintaining Rate Tables and Rate Routines in Earnix
