About the Role
As a P&C Sr. Earnix Developer Lead, Manager, you will design, develop, and maintain Earnix pricing components while enhancing rate order calculations. You will lead teams, manage client accounts, and focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. Your responsibilities include building integrations, mentoring junior staff, managing client accounts, and analyzing complex pricing strategies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in P&C insurance or pricing-intensive domains
- Familiarity with CI/CD and release management practices
- Hands-on experience developing/configuring solutions in Earnix
- Proven experience building and maintaining Rate Tables and Rate Routines in Earnix
