About the Role

As a Payroll and Workforce Management Advisory Manager, you will guide clients in analyzing their payroll processes, identify pain points, and offer solutions. You will advise on technology options to improve payroll functions, demonstrate leadership, and manage teams to deliver high-quality work. You will work with top brands and global organizations to solve complex payroll challenges.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience in Payroll and Workforce Management functions.
6+ years of Global payroll experience.
6+ years of external Consulting Experience.
6+ years of experience with global fortune 500 firms.
6+ years of experience leading requirements gathering workshops.
6+ years of experience leading the vendor selection process.
Experience with payroll software such as ADP, Dayforce, UKG, Workday, Oracle Cloud, Infor CloudSuite, or SAP/SuccessFactors.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
6+ years of industry experience as a payroll professional.
2+ years of experience in driving sales.
