- Current state RN license and CRNP certification or PA license certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner or physician assistant program.
- BSN, MSN for CRNP or BS/MS for PA.
- Professional nursing or physician assistant experience.
