About the Role
As a Packer I, you will report directly to the Shift Supervisor and support the finishing department by packaging products, ensuring quality, and maintaining a safe work environment. Your responsibilities will include packaging products to meet specifications, segregating nonconforming materials, supporting Gluers, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
About You
Required:
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day.
Preferred:
- At least 6 months of packing experience.
- Comfortable handling complex issues and solving problems.
