About the Role
As a PACS Support Supervisor, you will execute responsibilities assigned to the PACS Support Analyst role, train and support other analysts, maintain communication regarding Call Center tasks, provide feedback to management, oversee the adoption of new policies, perform annual performance reviews, and arrange schedules for holiday coverage.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and training skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
