About You
Required:
- Master's degree in a BACB-approved field.
- Completion of all required ABA coursework.
- At least 50% of supervised experience hours completed.
- Planning to sit for the BCBA exam within one year of starting.
- Completion of New Mexico's background check registry.
Preferred:
- Motivated to become a BCBA within the next year.
- Passion for helping individuals with autism and developmental needs.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection.
- Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Commitment to ethical, culturally respectful care.
