About the Role
As a Paid Summer Sales Intern, you will participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop your sales skills. Your responsibilities will include driving sales growth within an assigned territory, learning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, inspecting properties for pest control needs, and building customer relationships. You will work closely with a Sales Manager and participate in daily team meetings to achieve weekly goals.
About You
Required:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work outdoors.
Comfortable with performance-based, commission-driven compensation.
Availability for evenings and weekends.
Preferred:
GPA of 2.0 or higher.
Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
