About the Role

As a Paint / Weld Supervisor, you will manage daily work assignments, monitor production activities, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. You will work closely with site leadership to establish clear processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations manufacturing or distribution environment.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in painting or welding preferred.
3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in process improvement; LEAN or continuous improvement certification preferred.
