Paint Facilitator 3rd shift

Valence is seeking a Paint Facilitator for the 3rd shift to join their team in Grove, OK. The role involves assisting the painter in various tasks related to the painting process.

As a Paint Facilitator, you will assist the painter in daily activities that do not involve actual spraying of paint. Your responsibilities will include preparing parts by hand sanding and solvent cleaning, laying parts out for easier application of paint, completing work orders and necessary paperwork, sweeping and cleaning the paint shop, observing safety regulations, and managing hazardous materials safely.
