About the Role
As a Paint Shop Technician, you will be responsible for operating and using all body shop equipment safely, removing rust and dirt from surfaces, masking parts not to be painted, loading and unloading trucks, blasting and sanding parts, washing trucks and parts, filling cavities and dents, mixing paint and coatings, inspecting painted units for quality, maintaining tools and equipment, and keeping the work area clean. You will also need to follow safety protocols and comply with personal protective equipment requirements.
About You
Required:
- Able to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write correspondence.
- Be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass Fork Lift Certification process.
- Possess basic computer operating and data entry skills.
