About the Role

As a Paint Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the paint department, ensuring adherence to processes and principles, and utilizing the latest technologies. Your daily tasks will include analyzing production data, reading blueprints, and applying statistical analysis to improve efficiency. You will also manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with team members, and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and TS16949 standards.

About You

Required:

Working knowledge of paint department processes and principles, including latest technologies.
Secondary or College education and related experience.
Minimum one year of automotive manufacturing experience.
General knowledge of production control / scheduling systems.
Good analytical / problem-solving skills.
Blueprint reading skills.
General MS-Office skills, Excel, and Access.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of ISO 14001, TS 16949 requirements.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

Preferred:

ABB IRB 5400 experience.
Modicon PLC experience.
Basic knowledge of PLC programming.
Strong knowledge of machining / tooling, electrical / schematics, pneumatic/hydraulics.
