About the Role
As a Paint Technician, you will determine the best methods and materials for surface finishes, perform all prep and paint procedures, and ensure a top-quality finish consistent with OEM standards. You will also be responsible for disassembly and reassembly procedures, prepping projects for paint, and selecting the correct spray gun for the materials being applied.
About You
Required:
- Auto collision experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team to meet shared objectives.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated.
- Valid drivers' license required.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Willing and able to pass a thorough background check.
