As a Paint Technician at Mach Industries, you will be responsible for the preparation, painting, and detailing of carbon fiber military aircraft. Your tasks will include cleaning, sanding, and preparing surfaces for optimal paint adhesion, applying primers and finishes using various techniques, and collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet MILSPEC aerospace specifications. You will also maintain painting equipment and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
