About the Role
As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying primer, paint, and touch-up coatings, preparing surfaces, maintaining painting equipment, mixing paints, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the painting process. You will also transport parts and maintain a clean work area.
About You
Required:
- 6+ months of painting experience in automotive, industrial, or heavy equipment settings.
- Strong math skills and basic mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to wear a respirator and pass a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT).
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Preferred:
- 1+ year of painting experience in a manufacturing or body shop environment.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot minor issues.
