About the Role
As a Painter II, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying coating materials, and maintaining tools and equipment. You will lead small scale projects, inspect work, and ensure that all tasks meet specifications. The position requires physical activity and the ability to work at heights, while also providing mentorship to junior technicians.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma plus 3+ years of commercial/institutional painting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license and qualification under Dartmouth College Driver Safety and Motor Vehicle Policy.
- Proficiency in surface preparation and coating application methods.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Ability to work at heights, including on aerial lift/scissor platforms.
Benefits
