You will also partner with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and optimize paint performance.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of paint application techniques and safety protocols.
Preferred:
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with SQDC metrics and 6S standards.
