About the Role
About You
- Graduate of an accredited NP, CNS, or PA program.
- Active, unrestricted Tennessee license and national certification.
- Unrestricted DEA.
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
- Experience in hospice, palliative care, ICU, or inpatient acute care.
- ACHPN or HPCC certification (or willingness to pursue).

Alive is the only nonprofit provider of hospice care and end-of-life services in Middle Tennessee. Its mission is to provide loving care for people with life-threatening illnesses, support to their families, and service to the community in a spirit of enriching lives.
