About You
- High School diploma.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- At least two years of experience as an auto painter, prepping, and/or collision repair technician.
- Detail-oriented with strong active listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task and follow complex instructions.
- Knowledge of safety precautions in automotive painting.
- Experience working with strong detergents and chemicals.
Benefits
- Competitive pay ranging from $800 to $1,500 per week.
- 40-hour minimum work week, Monday through Friday.
- Potential to earn up to 30% of gross bill out for paint leads.
