About the Role
As a Senior Panel Shop Technician, you will lead the assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical control panels, ensuring they meet rigorous safety and performance standards. You will interpret complex schematics, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and maintain thorough documentation. This position requires collaboration with engineering and production teams to refine designs and improve processes, while also fostering a team culture and mentoring junior technicians.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years proven experience in electrical field and/or panel assembly.
- Knowledge of Electrical Standards, panel assembly & setup.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and successfully layout equipment according to prints.
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Knowledge of welding and automated assembly.
