About the Role
As a Mass Tort Paralegal, you will provide assistance to attorneys in analyzing medical records, bills, fee disputes, and other legal issues related to PIP claims. Your responsibilities will include preparing materials for depositions, drafting pleadings, coordinating filings, and acting as a liaison between clients and attorneys. You will also be expected to maintain professional standards and stay informed about developments in the legal field.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of three years of experience with New York No-Fault PIP law.
- Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's degree in a law-related field or Associate's degree with paralegal training.
Preferred:
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing business demands.
