Summary
Husch Blackwell is seeking a Paralegal - New England to join their team, focusing on Mass Tort and asbestos litigation. This position can be remote or based in any of their locations, preferably in the New England area.
About the Role
As a Mass Tort Paralegal, you will assist attorneys with fact investigation, legal research, document preparation, database management, and overall client service. Your responsibilities will include managing case files, preparing for depositions and trials, and ensuring compliance with firm policies while maintaining a professional demeanor.
About You
Required:
- Asbestos / Toxic Tort litigation experience.
- Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's degree in a law-related field or Associate's degree with paralegal training.
- Familiarity with e-filing protocols and online docket research in New England state and federal courts.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing document production databases and case management databases.
- Ability to supervise and mentor Paralegal Assistants.
