About You
Required:
- Asbestos / Toxic Tort litigation experience.
- Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's degree in a law-related field or Associate's degree with paralegal training.
- Familiarity with e-filing protocols and online docket research in New England state and federal courts.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing document production databases and case management databases.
- Location in the New England area.
