About the Role
As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for preparing initial drafts of legal finance documents, assembling closing binders, and participating in meetings and conference calls. You will also manage files, calendars, and meetings, and handle special projects as assigned. This position offers a hybrid schedule with a requirement for weekly in-office presence.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years’ experience in a related area.
- Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certification a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal staff, attorneys, and external clients.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills for decision-making.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
