- Demonstrated passion for social justice and commitment to working with low-income communities.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet research.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Experience working for a legal services or legal aid organization.
- Familiarity with Housing Court and NYCHA.
- Strong cultural or personal ties to the communities served.
- Fluency or proficiency in Spanish, a Chinese dialect, or other relevant languages.
