About the Role
As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for drafting legal memoranda, organizing records, managing a large caseload, and assisting attorneys in preparation for mediation and trial. You will also conduct case law research and ensure compliance with legal procedures in NY and NJ courts.
About You
Required:
- 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
- Experience with NY and NJ courts including e-filing.
- Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Word.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
- Billing experience.
- Familiarity with Aderant Total Office (ATO), NetDocs, and/or Lexis Advance.
- Experience in drafting legal documents.
