About the Role
As a Paralegal I - Litigation, you will be responsible for coordinating the discovery process, assisting with the preparation of legal documents, preparing witnesses for depositions, conducting searches in databases, maintaining case documents, and completing special projects. This position may allow for a flexible working schedule with hybrid and in-office presence.
About You
Required:
- A bachelor's degree or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a law firm or other legal setting.
Preferred:
- Proficient knowledge of applications used in a legal office environment, such as billing software and databases.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
