- Four-year college degree or formal paralegal training, or equivalent legal experience.
- Training and substantial experience in estate administration, trust administration, probate, or related field.
- Familiarity with estate tax return software, Excel, and other estate and probate related software.
- Experience with probate, estate tax returns, deed preparation, and Medicaid applications.
