About You
- College Degree (4yr preferred)
- 1+ years experience as a paralegal handling insurance related defense cases specific to No Fault/PIP coverage, bodily injury and/or UM/UIM claims.
- Paralegal Certification or equivalent education/experience required.
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and spreadsheet analysis.
- Specific experience interacting with the Court, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Legal/law firm experience preferred with litigation or insurance defense.
