About the Role
As a Paralegal Specialist, you will conduct legal research, draft complex legal documents, manage disclosure materials, and coordinate with various stakeholders to support the Institutional Life Insurance business. You will also oversee litigation tracking and assist in developing policies and procedures for the paralegal area.
About You
Required:
- Undergraduate or post-graduate studies in business administration, insurance, or a related area.
- Typically, eight or more years of experience as a paralegal with demonstrated good performance.
- Advanced knowledge of paralegal concepts, practices, and procedures.
Preferred:
- Certification in paralegal studies.
- Significant knowledge of the operations, practices, and procedures of general counsel or civil litigation.
