About the Role

As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of case oversight, including organizing and prioritizing work for Legal Assistants, reviewing case files, tracking case progress, and performing advanced paralegal functions. You will also communicate with attorneys and internal teams to facilitate case resolution and provide coaching to Legal Assistants to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years’ experience working in personal injury, insurance claims, workers compensation or related industry.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
Experience organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to spot issues early.
Clear, confident communication, written and verbal.

Preferred:

Paralegal certificate from an ABA paralegal program preferred.
Proactive and results-driven attitude.
