About the Role
As a Paramedic at DispatchHealth, you will drive a company vehicle to meet patients at their homes, perform physical exams, collect patient data, and assist in various diagnostic tests and treatments as directed by a virtual provider. You will also be responsible for adhering to medical protocols, maintaining equipment, and ensuring patient safety while delivering care in a non-traditional setting.
About You
Required:
- Paramedic certification (EMT-P)
- BLS & CPR certification
- Minimum one (1) year patient-facing experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Ability to perform basic procedural skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
